Hi Lydia,
Can you pls share your transaction number so we can investigate about your refund concern?
Terrible payment experience – customer support doesn't solve the problem
I tried to purchase a product from Loaded, but the payment simply would not go through. The website tells me to disable my VPN/ad blocker or try another payment method, even though I wasn't using a VPN or ad blocker.
I contacted support expecting them to investigate the actual payment problem. Instead, they just told me that I wouldn't be charged and that the transaction had failed.
That's not the issue. I KNOW I wasn't charged. I'm trying to BUY the product!
If a customer is willing to pay you but your payment system refuses the transaction, the minimum expectation is an actual explanation and a solution — not a generic response stating that the payment failed.
Very frustrating experience. There are plenty of other websites where customers can actually complete their purchases without having to argue with customer support about a broken checkout system.

Hi Burak,
We’re sorry to hear about your frustrating payment experience. We understand that simply confirming the transaction was unsuccessful did not address your concern, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Upon review, the transaction was declined by our internal risk assessment systems and, unfortunately, could not be processed at that time. As the payment processor, Tazapay facilitates the payment on behalf of the merchant, while the purchase itself is made through the merchant’s website.
We understand how disappointing this can be when you’re trying to complete a purchase. We recommend trying another available payment method on the merchant’s website or contacting the merchant directly for further assistance with your purchase.
Thank you for your feedback, which helps us identify areas where we can improve the customer experience.
We have been using Tazapay for several years and were among its earlier business users. Unfortunately, after multiple dispute experiences, we no longer feel confident using Tazapay for software and digital product transactions.
This is now the third time we have faced a similar situation.
In the latest case, a customer purchased and received our software product. Because our product includes software/source code, once it is delivered, it cannot realistically be returned or taken back.
The customer later opened a dispute. We provided Tazapay with extensive evidence, including customer information, IP records, delivery information, support tickets, communication history, usage details, and even information regarding meetings held with the customer.
Despite providing this evidence, approximately four months later, the funds were returned to the customer.
The result was extremely damaging for us: the customer retained the benefit of the delivered software while we lost the payment.
We experienced similar issues twice before but chose not to make them public because we wanted to maintain a good business relationship and avoid unnecessary conflict. After the third incident, we believe other software companies should know about this risk.
Our biggest concern is simple:
How can a software merchant protect itself if product delivery, IP records, support history, customer activity, and communication evidence are still not sufficient during a dispute?
This is particularly concerning for companies operating from developing countries, where businesses may already have limited access to strong international financial institutions and regulatory protection. Payment processors should make sure merchants from such markets are treated fairly and that their evidence is given proper weight.
Based on our experience, we would strongly advise SaaS companies, software vendors, digital product businesses, and other merchants selling non-reversible products to carefully evaluate Tazapay’s dispute protection before processing high-value transactions.
We are sharing our own experience and would welcome a proper explanation from Tazapay regarding what evidence a digital merchant is actually expected to provide in order to be protected in cases like this.

Hi Qasim,
We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience.
We’d like to clarify that disputes are not settled simply based on a customer’s claim. Our Account Management and Compliance teams review each case carefully, with a process designed to consider the interests and evidence of both the buyer and the seller. We also maintain a robust internal compliance and dispute-review process to ensure that cases are handled fairly and consistently.
As dispute cases can involve confidential information and case-specific circumstances, we’re unable to discuss the details publicly. However, our Account Management and Chargeback team has already been in communication regarding this matter and can provide a clearer explanation of the process and the considerations involved.
We value the relationship we’ve built with our long-standing merchants and take this feedback seriously. We’ll continue working with you directly to address your concerns and provide any appropriate clarification regarding the dispute process.
Like others said, it's total waste of time. They will request all kind of information and documents and just to reject you. Don't waste our time. The company rating is very bad to act like this, and reject all pretending to have a very high standards, meanwhile even if accepted that fraud begins

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that going through a verification process and providing the requested information can be frustrating, especially when an application is ultimately not approved.
Our review process is designed to comply with applicable regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
Unfortunately, we cannot approve every application.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but these checks are necessary to protect our customers, our company, and the integrity of our services. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that the process is intended to waste applicants’ time or that acceptance would lead to fraudulent activity.
We take feedback about the application experience seriously and will continue working to make our requirements and processes as clear and efficient as possible.
I spent 4 months going through Tazapay's onboarding and compliance process. During that time, their team requested what felt like endless documentation—company registration documents, licenses, business information, compliance paperwork, and numerous additional requirements. I submitted everything they asked for.
My company operates under a valid Dubai license, and I was transparent about my business from the beginning. Despite providing extensive documentation and cooperating throughout the process, Tazapay ultimately rejected my application.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the reasons given made little sense. The products on my website were not yet live, and many of the prices shown were simply placeholder values during development. Instead of understanding that, these were used against my application.
Tazapay advertises support for gaming businesses and major gaming brands, which is one of the reasons I applied in the first place. After four months of reviews, document requests, and wasted time, they still declined the application.
The most concerning part was the communication regarding Nepal. Their own team specifically highlighted Nepal as a concern during the review process. After months of due diligence and submission of every document requested, I was left with the clear impression that my application was rejected because I am from Nepal rather than because of any genuine issue with my licensed business.
I invested significant time and resources into this process and received nothing but delays and a rejection at the end.
If you are a founder, startup, or investor considering Tazapay, be careful. Be prepared for a lengthy process, extensive document requests, and the possibility of being rejected after months of effort despite full cooperation.

Hi Kunal,
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this process has caused you.
We recognise the significant time and effort you invested throughout our onboarding, and we understand how difficult it is to go through an extensive review only to receive an outcome that wasn't what you hoped for. That is not the experience we want for any applicant, and we take this feedback seriously.
Our compliance and risk review process is governed by regulatory and policy requirements that apply consistently and carefully across all applications. There are instances where, despite full cooperation from an applicant, we are unable to move forward — and we understand that without full context, that outcome can feel deeply unfair.
We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us continue improving our processes.
Two years building a product.
Twenty employees.
A UAE-registered company.
Four months of compliance reviews.
Hundreds of pages of documents submitted.
And in the end, a rejection from Tazapay.
What frustrates me is not the rejection itself. Any payment processor has the right to reject a business. What frustrates me is spending four months answering every question, submitting every document requested, restructuring parts of the business to meet compliance expectations, and repeatedly being given confidence by Tazapay staff that the application was progressing.
Then, after all that effort, the application was declined.
The communication I received specifically raised concerns about Nepal. Despite operating through a UAE company, despite providing extensive documentation, despite fully cooperating with compliance requirements, Nepal was still highlighted as a major concern during the review.
As a founder, it is difficult not to feel that my background and country of origin were weighed more heavily than the actual merits of my licensed business.
Danny and the risk/compliance team had four months to review every aspect of the company. If the business was never going to qualify because of concerns related to Nepal, that should have been communicated at the beginning, not after months of document requests and compliance reviews.
Behind every application is a human being.
Behind this application were two years of development, twenty employees, significant financial investment, and a founder trying to build a global company.
Instead, four months were wasted on a process that ultimately led nowhere.
My advice to founders considering Tazapay: make sure you understand exactly how your jurisdiction, nationality, and business model will be viewed before investing months into their onboarding process.

Missing funds (53.95 EUR) - Support is not resolving the issue
I made a SEPA Instant transfer of 53.95 EUR on April 2nd to Tazapay Canada Corp (Ref: chk_d778gteg0juipkqnk7r0). My bank (Banco Montepio) confirms the funds were settled immediately. Tazapay support keeps saying "failed" and "not received" despite me providing the official receipt. I have been waiting for over two weeks. This is unacceptable. Please locate my funds and credit my Gamermarkt account or refund me immediately.
"UPDATE: It has been 2 days since my review was verified and more than 20 days since the transfer. Still no solution from Tazapay. My bank confirmed the settlement on April 2nd. Where is the money?"

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
As previously shared, we have confirmed with our payment partner that the transaction status is failed, and the funds were not credited to Tazapay. In such cases, the funds are typically reversed by the sender’s bank.
We kindly ask you to initiate a payment trace with your bank, as they are best placed to confirm the status of the funds and assist in locating the refund. We remain available to support further if you share any update from your bank.
TOTAL SCAM, DON'T USE THIS SCAM!! Tazapay is a scam company, they charge you and tell you they never did, so now you have to prove that they did. The play is that you just give up after they stop answering you. TOTAL SCAM, DON'T USE THIS SCAM!!
Edit/answer:
The payment DID go through, i recived a refund from the site that used you as payment method. I sent them an email, and it took them 30 min to resolve this whole issue.
The real scam is that this whole thing took so much time from me, just to get back pocket change. Tazapay is a scam.
They make you jump through hoops until you give up, never meaning to resolve or fix any problem. SCAM.

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern.
As shared earlier, while the transaction initially showed as successful, it did not go through due to an issue with a downstream partner. The funds were not received or held by Tazapay and were reversed to your card.
We recommend checking with your bank for the refund status. If you’re able to share your card statement or any update from your bank, we’ll be happy to assist further.
Its just as scammy as gamermarkt. I have made a dispute which was cancelled 2 weeks ago. Gamermarkt says that Tazapay cannot comfirm that the dispute has been made, but my bank clearly stated that there are no ongoing dispute request, and they also informed Tazapay.

Hi Dominika,
Thank you for your feedback—we understand how frustrating this situation must be.
Aa we have already mentioned to you via mail, for this transaction, the payment was made via instant bank transfer, and we act solely as the payment processor. A dispute was initially raised through the payment partner, and the required documents were already submitted for review.
At this time, we have not received any notification confirming that the dispute has been cancelled. Based on your update, it appears the cancellation was communicated directly to the merchant’s acquiring bank. In such cases, we recommend coordinating with your bank and the merchant so they can follow up with the acquiring bank to confirm receipt of the cancellation.
We remain available to assist once any confirmation is received through the appropriate channels.
Tazapay is refusing to process a card refund unless I provide a full bank statement and phone number. Under EU law (GDPR/PSD2), they have no right to this data for a card reversal. They are intentionally creating barriers to keep my money. I have reported this to the Bank of Lithuania and the GDPR regulators. Avoid this company if you value your privacy and your money

Hi Tieba,
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the refund was approved by the merchant after your complaint. We first attempted to return the funds to the original card, but the refund failed due to an issue on the issuing bank’s side, which is outside of Tazapay’s control.
To complete the refund via an alternative method, valid bank account details are required under card network rules. The details initially provided were for an e-wallet, which is not eligible for this type of refund. We only request information strictly necessary to process the approved refund in compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements.
We remain ready to complete the refund once the required details are provided.
I have an email from you stating that my refund payment has been processed and if I do not see it in my bank within 5-10 days to ring my bank. I have spoken to my bank and they have no record of any pending payments. Please advise when you will be depositing the refund. I will post daily reviews until it is paid. Thanks
Update 1. I have emailed back on the email address you emailed me from and it bounced back. I have also facebook messenger you with the email that you sent me and there is nothing with a number to cross reference.
I have contacted the company that engaged your services and informed them about not receiving my refund.

Update: Thanks for the update. We tried to trace your transaction using the name on your review, but we couldn’t locate any matching record. This is why we requested the transaction number — without it, we’re unable to proceed with the investigation.
Please share the transaction reference here or send it to [email protected], and we’ll look into it right away.

Hi there,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when an application isn’t approved. As mentioned in the mail that was previously shared with you, please note that our decisions are based on various factors, including internal policies, compliance standards, and business requirements.
Each application is reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis, and sometimes we may not be able to proceed even when documents appear complete.
Thanks for understanding

Hi Alex,
We're sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand how frustrating this must be. We've checked your case and can confirm that your payment went through successfully. Our team is already in touch with the seller regarding your refund request, which we have also relayed to you via email.
I am writing this to share my honest experience with Tazapay.
In the beginning, we used to have them as a very important partner. Their conditions were very good—low rejections, professional handling and low fees. As time progressed, they started to increase the fees more and more and started to implement a ridiculous rolling reserve. They tried to add 20%, but after much negotiation, we managed to lower it to 15% (note: we had only 3 chargebacks in our history).
Now, they had a problem with Visa card processing and, against their own T&C, decided to HOLD all of our funds. They have now blocked a very significant amount of ours, including that of the rolling reserve. They stopped reversing the amount after 60 days and are now holding all of what is ours.
I sincerely believe Tazapay is going down.
If you have a business and are considering them, my suggestion is: avoid. They will increase their fees more and more until you suffocate then hold your money.
I am very much open to sorting these problems fast and easy — they just need to give us our due money, but apparently Tazapay doesn't want to.
_____________
Update after reply:
Note that Tazapay is blocking the funds that they ALREADY RECEIVED without giving us sufficient reason. This is against the contract we had and I am pretty sure it is against the law as well. I am confident this is because they are insolvent. I hope I am wrong...
_______________
Update after 2 months:
Some of these reserves have been maturing for SEVERAL months and our agreement was that rolling reserves would be held for 2 months.
Last week their team messaged us saying they would be finally releasing ALL of our money today. BUT TODAY THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD ONLY RELEASE HALF AND KEEP THE REST FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS. They are breaking their own promises.
IF MY ISSUE IS SOLVED TODAY, I WILL DELETE THIS REVIEW.
OTHERWISE, I LEAVE A WARNING: IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Hi Vitor,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your concerns and regret that things haven’t gone as smoothly as expected.
Please note that fund holds and rolling reserves are applied only when necessary to comply with card network and regulatory requirements, and never to cause difficulty for our partners. Occasionally, temporary holds may happen due to processing or compliance reviews, but our goal is always to resolve them as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your past partnership and hope to work toward a positive resolution.
Useless and pathetic, sales + support both.
CEO seems to be sleeping as usual. I gave a review 1.5 years back, removed the same when CEO approached me back then, but they are still the same to this date.
I'd suggest all to never touch them with a 10-foot pole.

So far I've done two transactions using Tazapay as a third party service and it went all good.
Now, I see a low of negative reviews about them so I don't suggest you look EXACTLY at mine, but I will definitely keep using them as a third party payment process for now. Keep up the good work!
