Terrible payment experience
Terrible payment experience – customer support doesn't solve the problem I tried to purchase a product from Loaded, but the payment simply would not go through. The website tells me to disable my VPN/ad blocker or try another payment method, even though I wasn't using a VPN or ad blocker. I contacted support expecting them to investigate the actual payment problem. Instead, they just told me that I wouldn't be charged and that the transaction had failed. That's not the issue. I KNOW I wasn't charged. I'm trying to BUY the product! If a customer is willing to pay you but your payment system refuses the transaction, the minimum expectation is an actual explanation and a solution — not a generic response stating that the payment failed. Very frustrating experience. There are plenty of other websites where customers can actually complete their purchases without having to argue with customer support about a broken checkout system.
