营业时间与服务不一致，不遵循公布的时间表。
营业时间只到下午5点。 CST（本身不是问题），但贷款通常要到下午 5 点才存入。 CST 或更高版本（我认为这个因素是一个问题）。由于贷款时间奇怪，未按预期存入贷款的客户无法致电代表并与其交谈。这对客户来说是低效且令人沮丧的。 根据我的经验，除了周末之外，我还必须等待两个工作日才能收到贷款，每当我通过电子邮件联系客户服务时，第二天我都会收到非常不支持的通用回复，只是简单地说明了典型的存款时间表。这是最没有帮助的，因为那个时间表已经过去了。审核过程几乎没有痛苦，我对此只有赞扬，但存款时间表和“帮助”却相当令人不满意。 我知道客户无论如何都没有什么选择，看到接受如此高得离谱的年利率的人可能会迫切需要任何形式的财务援助，但与营业时间相关的时间表显示服务非常差和不周到。
