I had bought a gaming mouse recently, received product within two days but however the free mousepad was missing. I called customer service and immediately they checked the warehouse and resend the missing mouspad and received it during next day
Good buying experience with them and the products are working well. Delivery was fast but it wouod be better if the delivery updates were sooner.
I would recommend this store to anyone. Really fast delivery and have a various way to get discounts. Also they sell a lot brands to choose from. Pretty much decent gaming store.
The product(V8) which i bought last time was no function and i feel like i being cheat by Novero gaming store. I hope Novero will take action to replace a new product(V8) for me. So that i will give 5star for the rating next time.
The delivery service is kinda slow despite your good company claim it would only takes 1-2 days (west M'sia), but i received my purchase item 5 days after the payment. Well, i can't blame it 100% on you since the problem come from the delivery company. But still, it's a bad experience for me and your company didn't provide the tracking number.
Now we have Poslaju as our contract delivery partner to cover those areas that were formally not well covered by other courier services.Hope to see you again :)

i do admit that their services is great and the deals given are quite good but the choices are quite limited which cuts me off while i go 'window shopping'. Nevertheless, it is a good store to find Redragon items and other great products :)
As we known, e commerce players are heavily rely on courier service provider because they are the front line who representing on be half of e commerce players. I had purchased several items from TDC. The shipments were either posted to my home(KL) or my hostel(Kampar). I am very disappointed and dissatisfied on one of TDC partner, ABX. Every shipment took more than 2 or 3 days delivered to my hostel doorstep, while another partner Taq'Bin able to make it next day delivery. Just a 30 minutes driving distance from Ipoh to Kampar, but ABX managed to take more than 72 hours to deliver a single shipment. I tried to call their customer service but what I get was a blurred answer. "Alamak, parcel mcm dekat Tapah, u mau sendiri pergi ambil tak?" quoted from the ABX personnel. What does it mean "Macam"? Shouldn't the shipment be located in your facility instead of unclear situation? Why asked me to go pick up myself? Should it be your responsible to ensure the shipment arrived as soon as possible? System information and the real shipment location are different. System said at Kampar but the office worker said at Tapah. Even until today (20/7), I still haven't received my shipment yet which TDC already posted on Monday(18/7). Back to the basic, I understand that it is not TDC problem but to be mention by here logistics service partners are acted on behalf of TDC. Every single mistake that caused by them will devalue TDC image on customer perception. Hence, I sincerely hope that TDC can review their partner service performance. Thanks

We have acquired poslaju as another courier partners, now you do not have to worry about late delivery as poslaju service is through all remote areas as well :)

I would've rate 5 stars if the delivery service used is the PosLaju Malaysia instead of that damn Abx Express. The delivery was quite late and unsatisfied, and they didn't give me any notice for me to pick up my goods at their centre. Unlike the PosLaju Malaysia, their services are tip top. Really hope that you can change the delivery service to PosLaju Malaysia. Other than that, Novero gaming store is a great place to buy electronic gaming devices, and I'm looking forward to buy anything next time.
