I received my product on time. The thing is, it's not even working. I followed the instructions given in the manual. I couldn't even turn it on! I left it charging overnight, tried it the next morning, nothing. Seek for help on Facebook, I private messaged Novero, saying they will get technician for me. I waited for the whole day, by midnight only "somebody" replied. Asking me to send it back to Novero. So much hassle.
I bought a yuesong v5 cooler. It the first product i bought from novero. The item came promptly as described and work really well. It was a hassle free experience and i would gladly buy from novero store in future:)
have to wait a week for my item and the courier is so bad
