My order number was TGS753056. I purchased the Masterpiece of Literature skirt, which was made of fabric depicting a collage of book covers. When it arrived, the skirt has actually printed the fabric as a mirror image, meaning that all the text on the book titles is backwards and unreadable. While I realise many products are made overseas, this was not a cheap item ($78 AUD) and it is clearly substandard and not as depicted in their advertisement. Teachersgram have not responded to my email asking for a refund and/or prepaid return label for the purchase. Avoid this seller!
Update: despite acknowledging in their reply on Trustpilot that this was a manufacturing error, Teachersgram emailed me and have asked me to provide photos of the problem. I have now replied with photos. I would add them here as well, except that I can't see any way that I can do that on this site ...

Ordered a t-shirt thinking I was supporting breast cancer awareness, but I was wrong. Wrote to customer service twice, to immediately cancel my order, without any reply. The t-shirt did arrive and after one wash, the print is already peeling off. Not recommended at all. Based in China.

FROM CHINA. It was unclear the shirts came from China. I ordered 3 shirts. One met standards. Good material and print. One was HUGE probably 2 sizes bigger than standard. Went down to my thighs. One's transfer was not good.

I ordered a shirt and quickly realized it was coming from China. Once it shipped, I asked for information about an expected delivery date. I was told once they hand it over to the shipper, it was no longer their problem. I was referred to the shippers website, which is in Chinese! I asked again for help and was given the shippers number (in Canada) and email. I called after a week of seeing my shirt was out for delivery. They told me my shirt would be delivered that day. NOPE! I emailed, 2 days later and was told it was out for delivery. I told them it wasn’t. They said they would tell the driver to redeliver it ( how he can redeliver something he never delivered in the first place, is perplexing). Finally got it after more than 4 weeks. Will NEVER order from them again.

My fault but it would have been nice to know when the T-shirt was delivered since it had a tracking number. BUT I LOVE the shirt. As a former English teacher whose concentration was British Literature (and loving Shakespeare, just saying), it is prefect! Good quality shirt, too!
