They confirmed the custom embroidery by email with a sample (picture) to ensure it looked correct and if I had any changes I wanted to make before finalizing the order. That alone impressed me with their customer service! And the products were great! The only minor (very minor) thing was the shipping took a while from the date of order. But that’s nil compared to the quality of my items!

I honestly was not impressed. The T-shirts were a lot of money for me personally. I expected to have a nice printed shirt. The shirts that I purchased had the print on top of the fabric and you could fill the crinkle of the image. Although I would proudly support a teacher business their shirts were not what I imagined. The vinyl was hard and not comfortable and noisy. Shipping time was great selection was great. The T-shirt itself was good quality felt nice.

Size, delivery
The clothes run on the smaller side. My order got separated I ended up with one item and it saying that my whole order was complete when I was still missing 2 things. But they did rectify the problem when I reached out. They apologized and told me they should have reached out and told me that the order got split and then they gave me my new tracking with a code for a discount. I will definitely go back I do like to quality and designs.

Never received my T-shirt order even though my email said it was delivered to my front porch. I emailed, inquired to this company about this mistake and have heard no word. It has been over two weeks since I emailed if I were you I wouldn’t use this company.

The shirts was really big and not true to size. I ordered an XL. It also came with a burnt smell once opened, I had to wash twice to get the smell out of them. I ordered two. The shipping was also slow and hard to track. I've ordered teacher shirts plenty of times from this site, and never had any problems. Usually good quality. Etsy has much better shipping time, and better quality shirts, but I thought I would try this site since more teacher shirts were available. Very disappointed in purchases.

Great Dresses Terrible Delivery
The 2 dresses I order for my sister’s birthday, 2-3 weeks before her birthday, said they were to get here 1-2 days before her birthday. They didn’t get here until a week after her birthday! The dresses quality was amazing! However the delivery was not good. If I had known prior to ordering that they were coming from China I would not have ordered.

T-shirts Can’t go in the Dryer
I didn’t realize these t-shirts can NOT be put in the dryer! I would never have purchased them if I knew this. I attempted to return them, but they do not consider this a quality issue. I received a 30% refund. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. Very disappointed.
