Dear Customer, We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied. However, several points in your review are inconsistent with the actual communication records. First, your order included a yellow Leopard Ghostface Cardigan Sweater. At the beginning, you stated that you wanted to return it due to a color difference. Our customer service colleague asked you to provide photos, which you did. In your own words, you said: “It’s got a green tint to it. It’s not beige like advertised.” For this item, we only offer one color option: yellow. There is no “green version,” and there was no possibility of a mixed-color production issue. After checking the photos and confirming multiple times, our team explained to you repeatedly that the sweater was not green. Under these circumstances, it is simply inaccurate to claim that our staff were unwilling to help. On the contrary, the issue was reviewed and explained to you more than once. Second, regarding your statement about being blocked on WhatsApp: this is also incorrect. Our WhatsApp team is a VIP customer service team. We have never blocked customers in the past, we do not do so now, and there would be no reason for us to do so in the future. What happened is that our team had already responded to your concerns regarding the item color in detail, and there was no further information to add beyond what had already been clearly explained. If your concern is actually related to size or fit, rather than color, then please measure the garment length and shoulder width of the item and send the measurements to [email protected] or our WhatsApp support. We will review the case based on the actual measurements and assist you accordingly. We are willing to resolve real issues, but we must also be clear when public claims do not match the facts.
