Very disappointed with the quality, shipping, and customer service
I placed an order for 4 T-shirts and a sweatshirt on August 15, 2026. As of September 19, I still have not received my complete order, and the information I've received from customer service has repeatedly contradicted itself.
I finally received part of my order on September 13. One item was supposed to have glitter, but what I received was simply a cheap-looking plastic screen print with no glitter at all. The other shirts also have what appears to be inexpensive plastic screen printing. The quality is not what I expected for the price.
The sweatshirt is still missing, and this is where the customer-service experience became especially frustrating.
On September 15, I was told the sweatshirt was “still under production and has not been dispatched yet.”
Then on September 16, Teachersgram sent me tracking information showing a package as delivered on September 13 and told me to check with my family, neighbors, and the post office because their tracking showed it had been delivered.
However, that doesn't make sense with their own September 15 email stating that the sweatshirt had not been dispatched.
Then, on September 18 at 2:42 AM, I was told that my items were still in production, would be finished in approximately 2 days, and would be shipped after production was completed.
Later that same day, at 11:57 PM, I received another email saying the order was still in production and would take about 3 more days. They offered a 10% refund as compensation for the delay.
At this point, I have received multiple explanations that don't match one another: a package was supposedly delivered September 13, the sweatshirt supposedly hadn't been shipped as of September 15, and on September 18 I was still being told the order was in production and had not yet shipped.
I understand that production delays happen. What is most frustrating is the lack of consistent and accurate information about the status of my order.
I ordered these items expecting them to arrive in a reasonable timeframe and to look like what was advertised. Instead, I'm still waiting for part of my order, disappointed with the quality of the items I did receive, and spending far too much time trying to figure out what is actually happening with my order.
I would strongly recommend that customers carefully consider the quality, production times, and customer-service experience before ordering.

It has been almost a month, and I still haven't received my shirt. The tracking hasn't changed since the 6th of this month. Don't contact customer service because they weren't helpful at all.

Ordered a cardigan.
Finished product looked nothing like the web page image--AI enhanced I suspect. Terrible quality, very slow delivery, sizing way off and they resisted giving me the refund promised on their website. Finally after many many emails the offered me a 50% refund.

Looks nice as long as you don’t wear it, poor quality fabric, the wrong thread has been used as it has no stretch but the fabric has so seams pop and the neck binding has been over stretched when sewn so gapes and doesn’t sit flat. For the price I expected better.

These shirts are men's sizes. The Medium is huge for a woman. Also, the picture looks like the design is sublimated, which would make it a little more vintage looking, but it is screenprinted.

The shirts we ordered turned out cute. However, it took much longer than it should have to get here. Also, the light blue is NOT what the picture showed and the dark blue print is what we wanted.
