Best result is outcome not output as company vision.
Knowing about best practice for longterm outcome with scrum or canban. For now could be impected best result for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan company vision.
Clear and concise
Had a CASM training recently and it was a great experience for me. The training is interactive and not just explaining the slides, it is more like sharing knowledge about the real project scenario that makes easier to understand the materials.
