My h20 mini is great and is holding up well. This isn’t a robot it’s true the board is great but I’ve only had it for a week but ride it every day

Company upgraded their batteries

Company upgraded their batteries, had me upgrade the casing with the new battery I order . (I had my board since 2019) Had a few issues but was resolved by the company! I am happy.

Fast delivery to Ireland

Fast delivery to Ireland, no import taxes or extra charges. The board itself is zippy, trucks/wheels are what you'd expect and it's not too heavy. It'll be a great cruising board and for getting around. I'll still be taking my one wheel pintx for getting to and from work though.

Communication troubles

I like how you guys respond to emails in reasonable time. I absolutely hate the months of back and forth required to solve a problem/get refunded/ get replacement battery. Sub to trekktheworld

The website is great, the ability to change the currency type is very helpful and the different categories are very detailed in what they included. The site was quite easy to navigate and the Q&A was helpful to gather information on common questions. The team who answers the questions are great as they reply relatively quickly with details. If possible I think that they could improve by allowing aftermarket components/accessories to be advertised in place of out of stock parts, as an example I wanted to have a headlight bit it is out of stock, in which I am unsure what will work with my H20 board.

Paid USD $80 shipping to have the items delivered between 10-12 days still waiting for item to be delivered. Was provided with tracking details for the skateboard that is still not active and have sent multiple emails, and the response I get is to wait patiently the item will come.

I am not happy at the fact when I purchased this item the estimated wait time was at around 4-5 days with most orders getting to their destination within 4 days or less This promise was in full view for everyone who was going to place and order with TeamGee. Well here we are going on 12 DAYS WITH NO SIGNS OF IMPORTANCE TO MY ORDER. PLEASE Let Me Know What is happening with my order AND I MIGHT CONSIDER CHANGING MY REVIEW... ***** UPDATE***** My order finally arrived about a week ago and everything turned out ok.. I adjusted my review to 5 Stars.. After leaving the not so good review about my order, a TeamGee representative reached out to me about my problem... THANK YOU SO. VERY MUCH TEAMGEE...! But when it comes to the actual product I ordered (Remote for the H2OT) The product was absolutely Awesome, stellar quality product that was fairly easy to pair with my board.. I love TeamGee products and Boards.. They just blow Meepo AWAY..... BTW, going on 6months with this absolutely kick ass , head Turning, goes almost anywhere, Fast as hell, goes the distance Board... lol.. Yeah.. this board is awesome.

I'm a big dude

I'm a big dude, 280-290 with my gear and a full bag, and I live in an area with tonnes of hills, and this board has no problems with them. And the truth is, I fell in love with this board and ride it every day, every chance I get. I'll be buying more from Team Gee in the future, you can be sure of that!
