My board is not even a year old and hub motor and main motherboard need to be replaced already for a price of over $300 which is a half of a board price.
Contacted customer support for any kind of discount or so due to age of my board and been offered a $30 discount. Wow. That’s helpful. Won’t be spending that kind of money without assurance that my board won’t break in next couple months!

Not mentioning that at first place my board has arrived with a wrong battery. I had to wait over a month for a new one to arrive.
The board is great. However I bought the 9.6 for the extra distance but so far 13kms is the most I’ve gotten out of it and max speed of 32km so that side of it is disappointing especially when they say up to 40 km in distance and speed of 42 km which is way off the mark so not sure whether it was worth the extra $$$ when it can’t do what they say it will.
Amazing board. Possibly too fast for it's size but I'm not complaining! The thing pops wheelies in pro mode! For the price, this was the steal of the century! So well made!

Had a YING YANG experience with Teamgee. Board is amazing. More than perfect but... Bought the H20 mini around Oct 30 and got it Jan 11 after it toured all Europe and back to China and then back to Europe till it finally got home to Barcelona, Spain. Buy at your own risk. For the brave only. Requires a great deal of patience to be delivered in Europe specifically in Spain. If you are in Spain try not to accept shipment from DPD because it’s actually a partner (SEUR) that fulfills the order and its a total nightmare to even track your package. Tested the board and it has serious horsepower, total beast but like I said customer service and logistics wise Teamgee has a long way to go. Otherwise product is as good as cost/quality balance can get you. H20 MINI BOOSTED MINI KILLER!!
I only rode it once for about 20 minutes once it came just to make sure everything was working properly. I was honestly pretty impressed with the acceleration, and even more impressed with the brakes. I read a couple reviews online that said its brakes were really bad and so i prepared myself for the worst, but when it came to the actual test, i felt like the brakes were a bit too strong. Overall im super impressed with this product and hope it can last with me for a couple of years
Waited 2 months for my board, no show. Messaged TeamGee one month into my purchase to locate my board, responses were bad they avoided the question and expected me to wait, I waited another month same thing. Currently have no information on my board, they haven't confirmed that they have sent me a new board nothing. I wish I would have bought another board from another provider, customer service is bad, my friend who board the same board recieved his one within 2-3 weeks. We believe they sent him the wrong battery. We bought together h20T+ but the battery only lasts 20kms, the advertised spec range was 35kms for the bigger battery. Avoid buying from this place, there is no way of telling what battery they sent us and horrible customer service.
I bot a teamgee H9 before the covid and I begin to really use it after the covid 2020. One month of use and then it start to power off at any moment. Now it not power on any more. Some people say it is due to overcharge (pfff).
You have to keep in mind that there is only 3 month of warranty. Unfortunately I have passed this period. The customer service just said to buy a new battery (200$). They said due to bad usage (of customers) they can not garanty that the new one will work.
Now I see this skate board in my home that I can not use anymore. And can not repair without give them more money.
Ordered the H5 for my son. 60 days later it is uncontrollably braking and speeding up and is not rideable. The board also has a huge chip in the back from setting it on the carpet to charge. I contacted Teamgee as it is still in the warranty period and they won't respond. What is laughable is it is only a 90 day warranty.
I bought this board with very little research. I got lucky as hell. I'm 5'6 150 lbs and managed a range of 18 miles with a little left to spare. The wheels are smooth, the deck feels like I have my shoes in bindings when I'm carving the concrete. I just wanted to say I was very happy with this purchase I cant wait to get the H20T with those beautiful looking wheels. looking forward to ride it next!! I'm at 250 miles. still going strong.
I ordered the Teamgee H20T. The performance was FAR from advertised specifications. The range was 13 miles, not the stated 22 miles. Top speed was barely 18MPH, not the advertised 26MPH. Hill climbing ability was REALLY SAD compared to my other e-boards, which are specified as weaker in this category than the H20T. Teamgee denied my request for return for refund. I would caution anyone against buying from this company.
Skateboard is ok, but the company and their customer service is horrible. Charged me for h20t and send me a h20 promising to send all terrain wheels to be similar to h20t. Fast forward 5 months, no wheels, no refund, no communication. I keep receiving emails that make no sense and am given the run around by their customer service. Stay clear of this company. Other board are just as good but by much better companies
I honestly didn't know what to expect. I had so much fun on this board, and although the wait was grueling, it was definitely worth the wait. I'll see how well this board lasts, im taking extreme caution. And I'm 5'0, 150 pounds, and I clocked out at 30 mph and could probably push more if I wasn't scared. Other than that, communication was great, wish I could have gotten the custom wheels but I'm alright with the stock. Awesome job, Teamgee!
It's been 42 days since I placed my order and after follow up they have now stopped responding with no board in sight

Good customer service helping correct faulty charger
we are having problems charging the battery of the skateboard, it doesn't charge we try different adapters as the skateboard didn't come with a UK plug, the charger looks like is working but the skateboard doesn't charge after testing it for less than 30 min the battery died, can't be recharge
And we can't use it anymore.
They answer really promptly to correct the mistakes in my order, they already sent the correct colour of wheels I order and I'm waiting for my new charger to check if that's what is faulty in my skateboard.
I'll edit the review with a higher score once my skateboard is working.
