TelephonePakistan.com

Hi Ali, Thank you for opening up the topic! With TelephonePakistan.com what you pay is what you get, which we cannot say for other companies. The rates we operate are the lowest on the market considering the quality standard of our routes. If you find lower rates with other services, please consider some basic aspects: -Are the rates the final rates, or are there any other extra charges (connection fees, etc) -Is the rate advertised for calls to mobiles as well? -What quality/routes do they use? Related to discounts, bonuses, coupons, or loyalty points, we do have that. Please set ON "Special offers" in your account, My Information section, to receive coupons by email. Also, check the Spam folder if you don't get them regularly. Also, you've collected 1,039 loyalty points in your account. You can now convert them into $10.39 Voice Credit for free calls. Please go to Thank You points section in your online account and tap "Convert". Congrats! Hope it help. Thank you for your collaboration!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! In order to ensure the highest app call quality, please go through these checks: -Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection. -Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device. -Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call. As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app. You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://telephonepakistan.com/access_numbers. Your TelephonePakistan team
