Does not allow to use all credits.
The system does not allow you to make a call even there is enough money in the account by sending this message that "you don't have enough credits to make this call". Company is working like a bank.

Hello, Depending on the destination you wish to reach, the system allows the call or not. If there is enough balance to place a call to a destination, then the system will provide the message with the available number of minutes and the party will be reached, if not, then you will be prompted to buy more credit.
