This is Dr. Spangler again. Thank you very much for your response and understanding, it is greatly appreciated. We pride ourselves on customer service and take it very seriously, as our reviews attest. Also, just to let you know, the welcome mat is always out if you decide to give us another try, your initial experience with us is not the way we operate and was just an unfortunate series of unanticipated events at the pharmacy, which won't happen again as we now have alternatives in place if something similar were to happen in the future. It was a painful learning experience for us, but did prepare us for any future unanticipated events. Again, a sincere thank you.
