FRADULENT COMPANY

Fraudulent company. Over charged my credit card, then said it was a system error and a refund pending, but no refund as of a week later. Same day as purchase I requested my order be cancelled, but they said it had already been shipped. Three days later they sent an email saying the item had been shipped. Still no refund for the over charge. Now claims the item is being shipped from Denmark. That makes no sense since this is a Chinese company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Slow delivery according to their shipper

I placed an order in early March and the package cleared US Customs on 3/20 according to their shipper. Apparently it has sat in St. Louis since 3/30 and it is now 4/17. I could drive to St. Louis to pick it up in 4 hours and it has been 17 days! The keep responding that they are sorry about the delay and will attempt to expedite the delivery. Had at least 4 messages like this. Never buy from this company.

I was so glad these went on sale. They are beautiful and comfortable height to walk in. I love BJ heels. I have over 40 pairs. They are like my art that I collect. These were a great addition. I bought a 9 and normally wear a 9.

I've worn the Dearfoams brand slippers…

I've worn the Dearfoams brand slippers for years. They are not quiet as dependable in fit and quality as they used to be since they are out-sourced to different countries , and I have gotten a few duds' but these are great in fit and quality.
