Awaiting payment...why so slow?
It has been 8 days since my item was accepted and I'm receiving this survey. My opinion would be different if I was paid for my items first, I haven't, so, you get 1 star which amounts to zero. Complete your obligation first before asking how well you've done.

These people are thief’s. I sent in a good working device and they claimed it was broken and I sent in 23 boxes of test strips and they said I only had like 16 that I sent in. If you find somewhere else to go to buy your stuff then do it.

This is the second time I was told my…
This is the second time I was told my packages were damaged when received. When I contacted customer service they tried justifying the damage by sending pictures of damaged products. However, none of the pictures were of my products. The first picture was not even my brand name and the second picture was a different version of my brand. When I tried to get an explanation, the representative stopped talking to me. This is the last time I will deal with this company. After speaking with the company I am still 100% convinced the pictures sent to me were not my product. I examined all my packages and there were no damages. As I told the company, we will agree to disagree because I will never believe they were damaged. Also, the expiration dates on the pictures were different than my packages. So how do you expect me to believe these were my packages. I have found another company to use and will no longer use this company.

Hi Ms Bell, We apologize for any confusion or frustration that you may have experienced regarding the recent sell of your unused test strips. We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. As explained in our previous chats, upon reviewing your order and the information provided, we found that the reason for the reduced payment was due finding damage under the stickers once we removed from them from the boxes. Pharmacies often cover areas were they may have removed older prescription labels with new labels which may cover up existing damage. After conducting a thorough investigation, we can confidently say that there is no doubt in our mind that the photos we sent to you are, in fact, the boxes that you sent to us. We take our quality control and customer service very seriously, and we have a rigorous process in place to ensure that all customer orders are accurately processed and reviewed. We understand that there may have been some confusion regarding the appearance of the boxes in the photos ,Freestyle Lite 100 boxes only have a purple band around the back and side of the box, the band does not go all the way around the box, which is why you can't see it in our photos, it is on the opposite side of the box. In the picture you provided "my strips" you can see in the top left corner that the band does not go all the way around the box, and that there is yellow on the side that is covered with the sticker, this is the side that was damaged which is why we took a picture of it. We appreciate your business and value your satisfaction, and we would like to assure you that we take any claims of deliberately withholding payments seriously. We would like to assure you that we have no intention of withholding payments from our customers, and we always strive to ensure that our customers receive the correct and fair payment for their items. Because this box arrived to our office damaged damaged, we have to pay the damaged rate for it. Hi, it looks like we received your box of test strips on the 31st January and issued the check the same day. I believe you may have us mixed up with another company
