This is the second time I was told my packages were damaged when received. When I contacted customer service they tried justifying the damage by sending pictures of damaged products. However, none of the pictures were of my products. The first picture was not even my brand name and the second picture was a different version of my brand. When I tried to get an explanation, the representative stopped talking to me. This is the last time I will deal with this company. After speaking with the company I am still 100% convinced the pictures sent to me were not my product. I examined all my packages and there were no damages. As I told the company, we will agree to disagree because I will never believe they were damaged. Also, the expiration dates on the pictures were different than my packages. So how do you expect me to believe these were my packages. I have found another company to use and will no longer use this company.
