Hi Debra, thank you for the feedback. Voicemails that sound cut off or missing words are genuinely frustrating, and I'm sorry your contacts experienced that. We reached out to the email on your account with more details on what likely caused this, but the short version: our system listens for the beep on a recipient's voicemail box before starting your message, and if that beep is faint or delayed, the beginning can get clipped.
