They waste funds by not throttling the texts as needed. They don’t protect the customer from being rejected. If you choose to use them, you have to spend a great deal of time to make up for their lack of options. Not worth the spend

Good Platform. Bad Pricing Transparency.
Overall, I am happy with how easy the platform is to use. However, the pricing structure and included features were not clearly communicated during the purchasing process. I was unaware that messages would be limited to 320 characters and that additional charges would apply for longer texts on a per-recipient basis. We selected this platform expecting unlimited texting without variable costs, so having to fit all communications within a 320-character limit has created unexpected challenges.

We use Text-Em-All for broadcast messages to our staff in the event of a closure or other event. We've also set up a process for them to text in when they call out from work which gets routed to appropriate manager. Works great!

Text-em-all handled the signup and telcom authorization with ease. I just entered by info, waited for them to get me cleared, and composed my message. It was simple to upload my delivery list via Excel. The messages were transmitted quickly, and had verification of delivery. Simple and effective. Reasonable price too.
