Text-Em-All has been an incredibly helpful tool for our youth soccer organization. With more than 100 players and families to keep informed, it allows us to quickly send practice updates, game reminders, schedule changes, weather cancellations, and other important announcements to everyone at once. The app is easy to use, dependable, and saves us so much time compared with contacting families individually. It also gives us peace of mind knowing that our players and parents receive the same information quickly and clearly. Text-Em-All has made communication with our soccer families much easier, and I highly recommend it to any youth sports organization managing a large group.

I got through it.
Good. Solid platform
While they promoted free text message, it would be helpful to say to a single number. I was able to text myself. It took a few calls to get properly set up. The second customer service person was much easier to understand and was more certain of the process. The good news is that I was able to sign up and send a message for the weekend event to our community we were hosting. I didn't understand that voice wasn't going to translate to text. Now i understand better how this all rolls and I really like the admin back office panel as I can see what messages were well received and which ones need to be updated. Overall, a good experience.
