These earrings are exactly as described. They’re beautiful, don’t hurt my extremely sensitive ears, and are so comfortable I forget I’m wearing them. Delivery was quick and I was kept informed every step of the way. They arrived safely and beautifully boxed. I’ll definitely be purchasing more.
I developed a metal allergy after a knee replacement. Even 14k bothered me. These earrings are the best!!! In fact I have ordered so many pair that I bought a special earring jewelry box for them.

I absolutely love these earrings. I’m actually on my fourth set. I love them so much. I said fell out and I’m ordering a new pair right now. It only fell out because I didn’t know how to close it properly. 10000/10 recommend. They really live up to their name. They are cute comfortable they don’t poke they don’t itch. They are truly the perfect earring.
USPS lost my package and I waited patiently for it to be located. I talked with several people who were of no help and after 9 weeks, I was done. Incredible jewelry company, founded by a woman, that offers earrings which are spectacularly comfortable and do not make my earlobes burn, itch or turn red. After more than 10 years of trying dozens and dozens of supposedly hypoallergenic, nickel-free earrings, my Ardant earrings actually ARE perfect for my super-sensitive ears. They have an innovative push-through design that doesn't require a traditional butterfly clutch in the back of the earring. Apparently, Ardant puts extra thick rodium plating and a special final finishing coat on its sterling earrings, and the metal, together with the innovative design, is absolutely ideal for people like me with sensitive ears. The quality and durability is outstanding. I purchased pearl earrings in sterling and 2 pair of hoops and I just went back for a moissanite pair. The earrings are small, delicate and beautiful and I forget I'm wearing them. Customer service is excellent and the Ardant website is clear and easy to navigate. I will be a frequent buyer of these extraordinary earrings.
I ordered a pair of gold earrings. The box came with only one earring. I’ve contacted them twice but no response. Rip off.
I haven’t been able to wear earrings for twenty years. I keep buying earrings that say they are for sensitive ears and end up taking them out within hours. I read the description for Ardant which seemed to understand that my problem was with the underlying metals, nickel silver in my case. They claimed to have less base metals which I know I need to avoid. Voila! I bought three pairs for my five holes and have had them in all week with no trouble. I’m a lifelong supporter now.

The Ardant team went above and beyond for me!! Some of my favorite earrings lost a stone and they replaced them quickly. Communication was quick and warm. I already loved my Ardant jewelry and now I’m an even bigger fan!
The items ordered came in a timely manner and were exactly as described and they said people with sensitive ears could wear them, and it is true! Haven’t worn earrings in YEARS, and then I saw these and decided to try them. I started with a less expensive pair to make sure they worked, and I will certainly be ordering more!!!! I can finally enjoy some bling on my ears again!
Ardent is a fabulous company. I ordered a pair of beautiful huggie small hoops and a bit larger pair of hoops. Both are BEAUTIFUL. And the Customer Care team is outstanding. USPS initially mis-delivered my package to the wrong address. After confirmation of this from USPS, the Ardant team, continued to monitor the whereabouts of the package. They sent me another set of each pair in the meantime (because after two weeks, they were not recovered). In any case, I love these earrings so much, I am going to order both pairs again but this time in silver! Thanks Ardant team!
My package was shipped but never made it to my house. The customer service was very thorough and friendly. We spent a lot of time finding the earrings but the never showed up. Eventually they send me a new pair, so I had them in time for a wedding.
I had an issue with a pair of earrings. I contacted customer service and worked with several individuals to make it right. They sent me a new pair at no cost. Really great customer service.

I initially bought three pairs of earrings, once delivered I noticed one of my hoops was missing. Emailed the Ardant team and they immediately corrected the issue. Sent me a brand new pair of hoops within the week. Wonderful customer service across the board! And beautiful earrings!
I love the way they feel! Super comfortable. I tarnish metals with my natural body oils. It will take time to see if the plating holds up. I put them in without bending them, because I was not comfortable with bending them. It worked, but I probably should have looked up the directions first (the email with directions came 3 days after delivery). I did not care for the size of the gemstone. While I want expecting something huge, I was a bit surprised by the size. I sell gemstones and know that tiny pieces like this aren't too expensive. So, most of the cost goes to design and metals, I believe. While I guess that's fair, this one is small enough to fit through a regular piercing hole that has been accidentally stretched from long-time use of heavy earrings. Thankfully, that's not a concern for me. Overall, I would buy from them again and I am very thankful for this design. If half stars were an option, I'd give them a 4.5.
I had a package go missing by a lot of days which turned into weeks..I ordered on August 12,2026 and actually did a third purchase and received that package but not this one,so I emailed USPS to see what had happened to my package and even called an agent and they were honestly no help at all. They said the company had to file an insurance claim on it. So I started emailing with Team Ardant and I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of ladies to help me out in this matter. Customer service on point. They were super professional and on top of the problem that eventually I got a new set of earrings sent to me on them. So impressed with their morals and business ethics. The jewelry is top tier and beautiful. I will forever be an Ardant customer.
