The product is great the dispatch and shipping is absolutely ridiculous. It took SO long to dispatch I got 2 seperate emails saying they were preparing my order (2 tiny little earrings) and it took another week for them to actually ship.
Very disappointed with these earrings. Buyer beware. They claim they stay in ur ears so u wont loose them. I LOVED everything about these earrings. My first pair. I had them about a month. Went to take them off before bed only to realize that i had lost one. I emailed customer service and their reply was we r sorry but since they arrived to you as a pair we cant offer a replacement. But they offered me a 20%off coupon. I can tell you this i am NOT spending another $70 on a pair of earrings that i lost one doing normal everyday activities and then they wont help me out. I was hoping they would send me one and i was gonna use the clear plastic backs on them. Beautiful earrings. Great quality. But they do fall out. So beware! I was going to attach a screen shot of their ad saying that you wont lose them but i cant attach anything here.
I ordered the earrings on 07/02/2026. They were so small they didn't fit over my earlobes. I asked to return the earrings and had to prove that they hadn't been worn, which I did. I returned the earrings on 07/17/2026. After numerous emails, they told me that they can't locate my return package. Apparently, their warehouse is so jam packed with returned earrings that they are unable to locate my package. Their customer service is awful!! They have the earrings that I returned and they still have my $150.00 What a terrible experience.
The earrings are a little tricky to get in the first time but don’t bother my horribly sensitive ears at all and they stay in no problem.
LOVE MY NEW EARINGS. I AM ABLE TO WEAR THEM 24/7 AND SLEEP IN THEM WITHOUT BEING POCKED.QUALITY IS GREAT AND PRODUCT WAS AS DESCRIBED.
Their description of the earrings was right on. They are SO comfortable to wear day and night! You don’t even know you have them on! Love them and thinking about buying a set for my granddaughter.

I loved these adorable earrings, but one snapped in half after only wearing for 5 months. Not worth it and was only offered a 15% discount by customer service to replace the pair. Their website states: "Our Stay Close Hoops fit every ear. Due to their 18K gold vermeil nature, they're slightly bendable and can be lightly pinched to hug your ears snugly for a perfect fit." I never applied heavy pressure, so for me, it seems like the material isn't durable.
These earrings are not made for people with small ear lobes, I tried them and they do not stay upright because they are not balanced to the gemstones on the front. Given that I tried them they are not eligible for a return but a 15% discount on a new purchase? Customer service agent was expedient but the business model is serves only the business not so much the customer. Wish they fit but don’t trust to buy the “mini” which happened to come out a few days after I ordered mine.
They shipped my order to the wrong address even after confirming the correct address with me, then they refuse to give me a refund when my order never arrived.
Drop shipping experience. Pack arrived repackaged from 3rd party.

I did not receive my whole order and there is no customer service to talk to in order to get it fixed. Its a great concept and I was looking forward to them, but cant wear only three earrings I need jewellery for the other ear as well. Cant return or get my money back, it becomes very expensive garbage.
Placed order on 4/11/26. Today is 4/30/26. Never waited this long for an order. Contacted customer service and was told it is in customs pending review..but they will expedite an order right away. How can you expedite an order if my original order is in customs? Doesn't the new order have to go through customs also? I may have been born in the dark but it wasn't last night. I don't trust his company and I'm going to apply for a refund I don't want their product and I don't think they're being fair
Ordered 2 pair of stay close hoops. Received them mid january. Last week one of the hoops broke in two while putting them on … contacted client service, they offered 30% discount on next order. No thanks, they’ll never see me again. Too bad that the quality is really poor since I loved the design.
Very disappointed! I purchased the 'bar' ones both for ease and MAINLY so I wouldn't lose them. Primarily for travelling and sleeping on aircraft etc. Annoyingly, prior to travel, I found they slipped around so we're hanging from my ears and I had to constantly check and adjust them. 'THEN', the first time I slept with them whilst travelling I LOST ONE as it had slipped out whilst sleeping. I hoped for the 'price' they would be far better than this!! Unfortunately most dissatisfied with my purchase!
Zero stars. Descriptions on website are intentionally misleading. Why would someone pay for 3 mismatched earrings? I paid for free returns and got back 70% instead. Total scam - avoid this plated costume jewelry and get something real.
Nice earrings; but the stones are ever so small! Expensive and I would not bought them if I knew that they were so small.
People…..These earrings are minuscule. Photos are very misleading! Do your homework! NOT worth the money! Nothing about them says 3 single hoops are worth $88! Not even close! You might as well go to Claire’s. Yes, really
The earrings were too big for one of my ears and upon contacting them they said that for hygiene reasons they could not be returned. I’ve tried their suggested “pinching” method and it just doesn’t work — it looks nothing like the nice pictures they have on their website. Now I’m stuck with two pairs of overpriced earrings that don’t even fit. What a waste of money, what horrible custom support.
