When you contacted us on Thursday evening, we let you know our IT team could need up to 48 business hours to investigate issues with course timers. While we know waiting through the weekend wasn't ideal, we were glad to let you know on Monday that your missing course time had been restored. Regarding seat time, the timing requirements are determined by each state. Some states require a specific amount of time to be spent on each individual slide, while others apply the required seat time across the course as a whole. We configure our courses to meet the requirements established by each state's regulatory agency. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are sorry this experience left you frustrated.
