As our team has explained during your recent calls, once a course has been pulled for reporting, it can take the state up to 72 business hours to process and reflect the credit in their system. While we submit completions promptly, we do not have control over the state's processing times or why some course completions appear sooner than others. At this time, all three of your course completions are still within the state's 72-business-hour processing window. We appreciate your patience as the state completes its processing, and we're happy to assist if your credits have not appeared after that timeframe has passed.
