Hi Angelina! Thank you for this feedback. We appreciate you so much! Your comment caused me to review exactly what the product description states. And although it is labeled for use with farm animals, we personally do use it off label in our own dog breeding program, and have for many decades. We are not allowed legally to state this, but I added some additional text stating that you can under the guidance of a homeopathic veterinary professional. I looked up your order. You chose OVERNIGHT EXPRESS shipping, which is the reason why your shipping was more expensive. We also offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders, just as with many retail online stores including Walmart. You didn't chose that option, and as you said in your review, you needed it asap. We deal with breeders in crisis really often, and sometimes actually drive their orders to FedEx on a Sunday just to be sure they are taken care of when the situations are urgent. Walmart would not do that for you. We answer the phone on days off, at night, and sometimes actually help breeders whelp puppies by phone when we are supposed to be closed. So this is really important to us that we serve you well. We are a small business, and these reviews really affect us. I'm so sorry that you felt misled in any way. We would never do that on purpose with any of our very important customers. I wanted to gift you a store credit to say how much we love you, but you checked out as a guest.
