Hi Skyler, thank you for sharing your experience. At the time you enrolled in June 2023, the program included a 14-day refund window. You did contact us within that timeframe to explore cancellation. During that conversation, a refund was available to you, and you ultimately chose to remain enrolled and continue in the program. Throughout your enrollment, you had access to the full training curriculum, coaching calls, and community support. Even after your initial service term concluded, we extended additional live mentor access to help you continue working through obstacles. We do not guarantee that a first deal will pay off program costs, and we make no income or earnings claims. The program provides education and mentorship, but outcomes depend on effort, execution, and deal selection. Financing arrangements are handled and serviced by independent third-party providers. Once a financing agreement is executed, we do not have the ability to modify, cancel, or adjust those loan terms. Any remaining balance or servicing questions must be addressed directly with the lender. We understand that circumstances can change and financial pressure can feel overwhelming. While we are beyond the refund timeframe outlined in the enrollment agreement, we remain open to supporting you should you decide to reengage with the process. We wish you the best moving forward.

The program teaches a process for sourcing capital, including how to identify, approach, and build relationships with gap lenders through networking, deal structure, and local market execution. Availability can vary by market and by how the process is applied. We also want to note for readers that you’ve continued to engage with our coaching team and community since posting this review, and we’ve spent time working through these challenges together in live sessions. Many students operating in Chicago and similar markets are actively securing gap funding by applying the framework and expanding their lender network over time. Access to these resources is provided at enrollment and throughout the service term. We do want to clarify a few points for accuracy. The program owner does not communicate directly with individual students regarding refunds or support matters, and there was no direct interaction or correspondence between you and the owner. In addition, no refund request was submitted through our support channels for review under the program’s stated terms. We were genuinely surprised and saddened to read your feedback, as you were actively engaged in coaching and training during your time in the program, and our interactions with you throughout your enrollment were consistently positive. We’re sorry that your experience ultimately felt disappointing, as that was never our intention. Our goal has always been to provide education, guidance, and a professional environment where students can engage with real deals and apply the process at their own pace. Program structure, participation requirements, and the 60-day conditional guarantee are disclosed clearly at enrollment and are based on specific completion and activity criteria.
