Love to hear this! Understanding the fundamentals of REI and how to move forward is important and we are happy to hear you feel supported so you can reach success!

Jean, thank you for taking the time to share this. One of the things we believe strongly is that success starts with making the decision to invest in yourself, and we’re honored that you chose to do that with us. I’m glad you’ve found value in the coaching, mentorship, and community. Ed does a fantastic job helping students stay focused, motivated, and moving forward, and I’ll make sure he sees your kind words. We work hard to create an environment where students can learn from people who are actively doing deals, build meaningful relationships, and get support when they need it. It’s great to hear that experience has come through for you. Thank you again for the thoughtful review, and we’re excited to see what you accomplish next.

Thanks for sharing and writing in!

Chris, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Closing your first deal is a huge milestone, and we’re excited to hear that the step-by-step structure helped you take action and get results so quickly. One of our biggest goals is to simplify what can feel like an overwhelming process and turn it into something practical and executable. Congratulations on getting your first deal across the finish line. We’re excited to see what comes next for you. Keep going!

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback. We take all reviews seriously and want to respond with full transparency for anyone reading. This reviewer was a member of our community for nearly three years, including roughly two years of complimentary access extended past the conclusion of his paid six-month program term. He was provided with all contracted services in full, including masterclass content, daily group coaching calls, one-on-one accountability sessions during his initial six-week onboarding, and access to our private network. Beyond his initial program term, he continued to receive coaching and direct access to our team through numerous group sessions over the following two years. The investment figure he cited is also inaccurate. He was a daily active participant throughout - which is part of how we became aware of the issues that led to his removal. On March 12, 2025, well into his complimentary access period, this same reviewer left us a 5-star Trustpilot review titled “A Fantastic Experience,” in which he specifically praised our training materials as “incredibly comprehensive,” our mentorship as “invaluable,” our community as “community-driven,” and recommended Flip Secrets as “trustworthy, knowledgeable, and supportive.” That review was deleted by him prior to posting the current one, but we have it on file. He was removed from our community after multiple documented violations of our community guidelines, which he agreed to as a condition of participation. Among these violations: he was soliciting paid consulting services from our newer students inside the community, promoting an ineffective software product to our members, and making false public statements about a member of our coaching team that resulted in measurable harm to other members. We received multiple complaints from out community about his conduct and we take the protection of our students extremely seriously. Our community is a place where members invest significant time and attention to learn from our team and network with peers - it is not a marketplace for individuals to monetize newer members, take advantage of people, or operate competing businesses inside the network they paid to join. He received written warnings and continued the conduct. He now operates a competing software product targeting real estate investors. We stand fully behind the integrity of our program, the quality of our team, and our commitment to protecting the experience of every student who invests in their growth through Flip Secrets. We’re confident prospective customers will weigh this review in light of the full context. — The Flip Secrets Team

Lawrence, thank you for the review. We’re glad you’ve found value in the training, mentorship, and network. One of our primary goals has always been to give students not only the education, but also access to experienced people and resources that can help accelerate the learning curve. We appreciate your support and wish you continued success moving forward.

Wesley, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. One of the things we’ve always believed is that information alone isn’t enough. Real success comes from having a proven system, practical guidance, and people in your corner who are actively applying the strategies they’re teaching. It means a lot to hear that distinction came through in your experience. We appreciate your trust, your support, and your recommendation. Wishing you continued success on your investing journey.

Rigoberto, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. One of our primary goals is to provide students with a clear, structured roadmap that helps them build confidence as they develop new skills and gain experience. It’s especially meaningful to hear that perspective from someone who has invested in other real estate training programs. We appreciate your trust, your recommendation, and your support. Wishing you continued success as you move forward on your investing journey.

Thank you! We love our students and community!

Thanks for writing in and sharing your experience with our program.

Thank you for the kind words - we really appreciate it. Glad to hear the material and practical application have been helpful, and that you’ve been able to tap into the coaching, mentorship, and community. That support system is a big part of what makes everything come together. Wishing you continued success as you keep moving forward.

Hi Alejandro, thank you for sharing your perspective. To clarify for readers, this interaction was based on a scheduled qualification call, and you were not enrolled in the program. As part of our process, we assess whether someone is a good fit before accepting them. That process includes evaluating commitment, consistency, and readiness to follow through, as this is not a passive program. In your case, our team determined that it wasn’t the right fit at this time and communicated that directly during the call. We understand that may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but our goal is to be selective rather than accept everyone into the program. We wish you the best moving forward.
