The Grabit Store

Hi Stan, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our Grabit® tools are engineered and independently tested to meet high standards, including working on hardened fasteners—even Grade 8 in many cases—when used with proper technique. We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty and support to ensure every customer gets the results they expect. That said, we weren’t able to locate your purchase in our system and noticed your review is marked as organic (non-verified), which makes it difficult for us to fully investigate and resolve this issue for you (as we commit to always do). It’s also worth mentioning that we’ve seen an influx of counterfeit or copycat products that resemble ours but are made overseas with inferior materials. If you did in fact receive a Grabit® Pro kit from us or an authorized seller, please reach out directly—we’d love the chance to make it right. And if this was mistakenly posted for the wrong brand or product, we’d appreciate the clarification. Either way, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. — The Grabit® Team Made in the USA | Lifetime Warranty | [email protected]
