We're sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing this order, we confirmed that it shipped promptly via USPS Priority Mail and that the package experienced significant delays while in the USPS network. Tracking ultimately showed the package being delivered. We reached out directly to provide tracking updates, apologize for the delay, and offer a refund of the shipping charges as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response. As a small family-owned business, we understand how frustrating shipping delays can be and always do our best to assist our customers when issues arise, even when they are outside of our control. Should you still need assistance, we'd be happy to help. Anthony Rallo President, Alden Tools / theGrabitStore.com

Thanks for your order, Marco - and for your past business, which we truly appreciate. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration with delivery timing. That said, we weren’t contacted directly regarding this order, and we’re always happy to help troubleshoot or provide updates when customers reach out. For transparency, this shipment (#6805, tracking LV689825728US) was sent via standard international shipping and has since been successfully delivered in Australia. As noted at checkout, international shipments using non-expedited methods can experience delays, particularly while moving through customs, which is unfortunately outside of our control. After seeing the review, we followed up directly and Marco confirmed that the package was delivered and is now with his customer. If there’s ever an issue in the future, reaching out to us directly allows us to jump in quickly and assist. We appreciate your business and hope the product serves you well. — Anthony Rallo The Grabit Store
