Thejockshop

Good online shopping experience and goods received on time!

My shopping experience was smooth and I received the order with no mistake and within the delivery date they specified on the website.

Improvements

It would be good if there's more fabric (texture) and content details can be showed. For sure, if there are more style of each brand that's more great!

Very attentive customer service.

Tiny but nice shop and easy to find

Tiny but nice shop and easy to find. The shop keeper is so friendly, he give us some advice to pick something that we like. Would like to go there again.

Friendly staff

have not received my order yet

i have also worked in a customer service environment and i know how important surveys are... i am changing my review to a 5* rating as i see that the owner is on top of things on resolving customers’ complaint... and that for me is very important... i may not have the item i ordered as of the moment yet but knowing that something is being done puts you at ease... and that tells a lot with the kind of business you are dealing with... kudos to the team
