Took ages to arrive Poor quality - photos are defo edited as what arrived looked like a temu version Can only return in 14 days Would never buy from here again

Amazing!!!

So far I’ve ordered 3 different times and each time the tracking is on point. I made a mistake and ordered an XS too instead of L. I messaged customer service to exchange it for the right now and within a few hours they got back to me and gave me a credit to purchase the right size and didn’t ask me to ship the other one back. Amazing. Truly recommend this brand.

Extremely disappointed with this company. It’s been over three weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped. No updates, no tracking, and no one answers the phone. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend ordering from them.

Very disappointed

I ordered a top about 2 months in advance, as I am from the UK. There was no update on the shipping so I contacted them, where they sent me an ai generated email telling me it was out of stock??? Then why is it still up on the website and saying “two left!” when I ordered it 2 months ago? Then for even more disruption they made me an offer to get the money back in store credit or just to wait for this item with no estimation of when to expect it. Don’t bother reading the fake reviews about great customer service - its a robot :)

My order arrived in time and I am really surprised by the quality of the product, I bought a mini latex dress it was really well made with double layer of fabric and real bra made with the dress, the size is also accurate to the size chart in the website I really like it!

Terrible dresses

Terrible dresses. Does not lookk like the photos and I am a model size 0. They sent me a used dress with tags cut off and the wrong size and the other dresses were so cheap and hideous TERRRIBLE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered a Black Dress for an event I'm going to, had no shipping information for 2 weeks. I decided to chase up and they told me the item isn't in stock. Asked for a refund. My friend also had the same problem. And looking at other reviews they also had this. The Nine Pm is a scam!!

Don't bother

No shipping notification. After waiting 10 days, contacted them and they said it was out of stock and would be another 15 days. I asked if another dress was available in my size and colour to be sent out immediately and they said no, and told me my money was refunded (as I'd asked for that if i couldn't get a different dress). After waiting 8 days, I asked where my refund was and they said they would initiate it now. It was at that point that I got a refund notification. Absolutely waste of time.

The Gold Dress I bought was as per the specs... I tried it on and it fit perfectly. They only issue I found concerning is that they didn't send any shipping notifications - Which for me is important to know (as I almost called the bank to cancel the purchase).
