I looked into your order and found that we had previously sent the instructions to begin the replacement process. Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead? Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached?
