We sincerely apologise for any disruption caused by the Wi-Fi concerns raised. After this was reported, a maintenance technician was dispatched to the property and resolved the issue as soon as possible. With regard to the other maintenance concerns you mentioned, our records show that most of these were not reported until approximately 48 hours before your departure. This limited the opportunity to address everything during your stay, however each item was logged with the property management team and added to their maintenance schedule for assessment. We also apologise for any inconvenience caused by the housekeeping and landscaping team, however we hope to have your appreciation of the fact that these services do need to be carried out in order to make the home and resort presentable for guests. However, we do apologise that the housekeeping service was not finished upon your arrival. Please be assured that we will reach out to you directly today in order to resolve this case to your satisfaction. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
