Nevertheless, we do sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused by these matters. Regarding the concerns raised about the cleanliness and condition of the home, we take such matters seriously. However, we have no record of any written reports regarding cleanliness, maintenance, furnishings, or the overall condition of the property during your stay. As a result, we were not given the opportunity to inspect, validate or address these concerns while you were in residence. Had these issues been reported to us during your stay, we would have worked with our local team to investigate and take corrective action where needed. Very occasionally, a home can be double-booked due to timing overlaps, and in this case we apologised immediately and offered an alternative option.
