Thank you for being a TiGr Lock customer over the years. We want to address your issue and make sure you get the products and service you desire. The emails we have sent you offering to address your issues have not been responded to yet. Please respond so we can help. The hardened high carbon steel TiGr BLUE shackles that you reference are stronger, lighter, easier to use and less expensive than the old Ti shackles. May you see the benefits of the new locks and serve you well.

Seems a lot of thought went into design: because it’s bendable it’s more versatile than u-locks;打开锁定机制很有趣（尽管我担心它可能会开始有点粘，如果是这样，我可能需要联系客户服务）； it shouldn’t matter really but lock itself is pretty; 而且很轻！

Thanks! We hope it serves you very well for a very long time. A shot of WD-40 from time-to-time and/or as needed helps keep the mechanism functioning smoothly. Sounds like yours might need a shot now. Please send a note to [email protected] if you have any questions.
