My cylinder started having issues locking and I email the owner and he called me personally to explain the problem and how some more details into how the locks with and gave me a discount since I supported the original kickstarter campaign. Great customer service and great product!

The keys you sent me didn’t work on my cylinder AND your email address seems to be unable to receive mail. Tried contacting you through the IG messaging but to no avail. This is the second time I buy copies from my keys and you send me the wrong ones.

The titanium lock is excellent but the plastic frame holder is not very durable and requires replacement.
Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of switching the plastic part of the mounting clip from an ABS to a polycarbonate plastic which is more flexible and durable. We truly value our customers feedback.
Love it. The mount works great. It’s super light. And the mini is just the right size to pass through the frame and rear wheel of my bike.
