This product seems to hit all the marks, light weight, strong and simple. I feel more confident locking the ole steed up nowadays.

Excellent lock
Excellent lock. It does what it is supposed to do without the added weight. It looks intimidating as well, which I like.

Light and Strong
I really like this lock. It’s lightweight and high quality. I bought the pair so I could use the same key for both of my bicycles.

3rd replacement
This is the 3rd time I'm replacing my mounting clip. Necessary to have, but annoying that it keeps breaking.

Thank you for the feedback. We are changing the type of plastic being used in the mounting clip to extend its life. We listen to our customers feedback and make the necessary changes to continuously meet and exceed their expectations. Thank you again.

This is the third time i am buying a replacement cradle for tigr lock. The product is not designed well and the wings are made of fragile plastic which is why they keep breaking.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The current mounting clip is made with ABS plastic. We are migrating to a polycarbonate plastic which will provide more flexibility and a longer lasting mounting clip. We will be announcing the change and availability sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

What made my experience so great was the "person to person" and very quick email responses to my needs and questions. The delivery time was also on schedule - as promised. As a result , I plan on purchasing an additional mini blue lock before my bike this summer.

Would have preferred a larger lock and did not see any available for purchase on the website. Mini lock much smaller than I had anticipated.

Your product is flawed
Your product is flawed. It’s still a great product. The flaw part is the hanger that holds the lock. I have purchased three altogether too because they were broken, but I still love your product and you rework the lock that’s great.

Dear TiGr Customer Service,
Dear TiGr Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the TiGr Bike Lock that I recently purchased. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Upon testing the lock, I was alarmed to find that it was easily cut with a saw, almost as if it were made of butter. This raises serious questions about the security and effectiveness of the lock. I had expected a much higher level of durability and protection, especially given the claims made about your products. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the previous lock model made of titanium, which I had intended to purchase, is no longer available. The TiGr lock, as it stands, does not meet my expectations for securing my bike. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lock to anyone looking for reliable bike security. I hope that you can address these concerns and consider improving the design and materials used in your locks. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

So sorry that our lock did not meet your expectations and that you were expecting the discontinued titanium model. The titanium model was replaced with a high carbon steel shackle. The high carbon steel is more difficult to cut through, more flexible, thinner, and a bit lighter. The Tigr Lock has a 2-star rating by ART which places it in a mid-range of security. The Tigr Lock is for customers looking for a lightweight lock that can be mounted to their bike. Yet provides a level of security to leave their bike unattended for short periods of time. Tigr Locks are not designed to protect a bike unattended overnight in a major metropolitan area. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration.
