Scammers.
Scammers. They advertise a blood sugar measurement device without needing needles but they send the very cheap blood oxygen meter. Everybody here has the same story. They don’t reply to emails.
Buyer beware rip off company
Buyer beware rip off company! They advertise a blood sugar monitor but it is a cheap oxygen and heartbeat monitor. THey do not reply to messages I’m lucky I have paid but credit card and will get a full refund. They need to be shut down.
This company does not deliver what it advertises
This company does not deliver what it advertises, clearly a fraudulent criminal activity, which cannot be easily dealt with as the company is based in China registered as Cao County Zhuoke E-commerce Co., Ltd. They advertised a blood checking finger device, but sent a cheap pulse monitor instead, which did not work . On contacting them, they offered a 20% rather than a full refund for the 'inconvenience'. Clearly a company that should be avoided at all costs.
Oximeter NOT Blood Glucose Monitor
Same as others. I bought the product because of the ad saying it is a blood glucose monitor but in fact they sent me an oximeter. Emailed for a refund but no reply.

The same story as everyone….Ordered this product based on the information supplied on the advert. Have asked numerous times to cancel the order & refund but they have already taken the payment and are ignoring all requests for a refund even though they have a refund policy detailed on their website. Will attempt an indemnity claim from the bank to recoup the money & report the misleading practise through the proper channels…. Just an update on this ….. I was successful with a refund but only through my bank, they will now make efforts to retrieve the money directly from these scumbags so I would recommend contacting ur bank. This is theft. Do not accept being ripped off. Your bank will help

Do not buy anything from these scammers. Total scam as all the previous reports below. Ripped off for £32 for a £5.00 Blood Oxygen meter and nothing like the Blood Glucose monitor in their advert.

I purchased a blood sugars monitor when it arrived it was a blood oxygen monitor so useless to me, I’ve got two already. Tried to get my money back , nothing no responce not even an apology don’t buy from them very bad

They scammers put for sale photo and destription for Blood sugar machine £32 but after payment they sent me email with pulse oximeter machine price £3 in my local Pharmacy. No answer from my emails I asked cancel my payment and refund but they ignored. I opened case on PayPal resolution centre but PaYPal said I must return item for refund and I must pay for return from UK to China. Of course I didn`t return because postage label very expencive and THAT CRIMINALS FROM CHINA THEY KNOW ABOUT THAT. I LOST £32. SO DON`T PAY DON``T BUY NOTHING FROM THAT SCAMMERS FROM CHINA

Deliberately misleading. Total scam. They mislead you into thinking you're buying a blood glucose monitor, but they send a blood oxygen meter which you can get for a fraction of the price elsewhere. Customer service is useless. AVOID.

Deliberate misleading selling
They advertised a glucose monitor. You click on the order form next to the advert assuming that is what you are ordering - but you are not because the order form is for a simple oxymeter which you can buy for a quarter of the price on Amazon. Basically it’s a scam but you have no comeback because you are ordering the item stated in the order form.
Misrepresentation of functionality of medical finger device.
Through a German marketing company a finger Oximeter is advertised as measuring, with considerable accuracy, a device for measuring blood pressure, saturation oxygen level and heart rate. I was sceptical of the bp measuring aspect and challenged the company on this claim. They never responded and, therefore, I am deeply suspicious of their claims. I have never come across a finger gripping device that also measures blood pressure, especially with the accuracy claimed. My advice is to avoid this company’s product if you want to have an alternative way of measuring bp. Wrist bracelets are able to do this, but they are not cheap. Digging further into the manufacturer of the device exposes that they are Chinese: Cao County Zhuoke E-commerce Co., Ltd. You have been warned!
