Sizing runs small and it took a while for me to receive my shirts (almost a month). But customer service made the return easy!

Great customer service
The items I received were very small. and I reached out to customer service and they immediately gave options for returning or reordering. for a small fee of shipping. They resent me all three items in a different size. They expedited shipping, and I should have it soon. Well, initially I was frustrated because the items didn’t fit the way that they came in and immediately resolve the situation was incredible!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, shipping takes over 3 weeks, and don’t expect to get a refund if unsatisfied. Do not buy from this site.

Team excellent, return policy not
First of all, the customer service team is excellent. I wasn't happy with my order, because the sizing ran very small and the cut did not suit me very well. However, the team responded to my inquiry immediately, and was very helpful. The return policy is not ideal, as my best option was to pay an additional shipping fee and get a bigger size for both items.

I love the variety
I love the variety, I love the quality of the tees. They are soft and comfortable. I haven't had any issues with graphics peeling. The shipping sometimes is delayed, but not a concern of mine. I feel like they are true to size, I typically get a 2x.

I should've known better when the…
I should've known better when the shipping process from start to end was ridiculous. Took over 3 weeks to receive my order. T-shirt quality was good. However, the plastic decal plastered to the front was cheap and poor quality. The return policy is a scam. You will not get your money back. Never ever again!

Too Small Shirt
I ordered a shirt that wound up being too small... from the first corresponding email they were helpful.... they had different options and explanations for each option that could help me figure out if getting a refund or doing an exchange was good for me.. in the end... I feel like I chose the option for myself and they helped every step of the way

My crop boxy tees came in pretty quick
My crop boxy tees came in pretty quick. However, the medium size I chose was a bit smaller than expected. The team responded to my email in no time offering options to ensure I receive the sizing I need. The shirts are decent quality but I'd recommend that you size up because they tend to run smaller.

The customer service team is wonderful. I wanted to return a shirt due to the color and size just didn’t suit me how I thought it would. The customer service representative was kind enough to send me 2 new shirts with the color and size that I needed for free. I only had to pay the small shipping fee and I got to keep the original shirt to give to a friend.

Made it right
UPDATED REVIEW 10/2/26: I am updating this review as Topicgirl provided a replacement. The shirt is cute and soft and I anticipate this new larger size will be a better fit. Be aware sizing appears to be Asian sizing and American customers may want to size up. I found the return process difficult to navigate but I am thankful that they ultimately made the situation right and were very polite throughout the process. Thank you!

I ordered a bunch of tshirts for me and my bestie. My bestie wanted a larger size. I contacted Customer service and they offered to send a new shirt I would just have to pay for shipping. This was an easy plan for me. I ended Up ordering more shirts becuase they are just so cute!

Shipping was very delayed…
Shipping was very delayed and I was not able to get my shorts for an event. However company made it right and let me change one item out after multiple emails and allowed me to keep the one I didn’t want. Shorts seem to be good quality so far.
