Prices and selection is great. The only downside, and it's slight, is the long shipping times and that tracking info doesn't seem to get updated. Beyond that, it's great. Will do more business with them.

Both Yu and Lucas have helped me with my excavator 323GX. Lucas has helped me with a few issues and helped me get my excavator working again. Still have a couple things to work on. I think we have problems with communication in messages and communication is very slow for what it is. Both people have been friendly and kind and have worked things out the best they can.

I emailed again about the files for d3 bulldozer no response. I'm a customer and my stuff paid for. Either you have my order or not. Keep giving me excuses about my order if you don't have it tell me. Like I said if I call my bank and tell them I never got my order they will red flag you. I guess you don't care about that. You need to treat your customers a little better then what you do. Seems like I'm not the only one
