Been using TradeData.Pro for about 2 years now. Was actually thinking twice about renewing this year as we had some issues with the data previously.
Things have been better since they made some updates around mid-year. Still some minor bugs here and there, but overall the data and platform have improved. Their support team has also been much more responsive compared to last year, and most of our questions get sorted out pretty quickly.
I'm quite happy with the improvements so far and hope they keep it up.
We use this platform to identify other companies who are trading the same products using Harmonised System (HS) codes. Through the data, we get to see who are the customers of our competitors, and also find out the source of their raw materials.
Our decision-making and strategy become very data-driven after using Trade Data Pro! I highly recommend companies to use this tool if your budget allows.
