Bad experience with no fix is sight!

After all it seems the book was never intended to reach me at all. I have had so many different tracking send to me I lost track and the book is still in the wind somewhere. I did ask to get in touch with Rayner to no avail. If you sell a product you should deliver and it seems this is not the intention at all. Im extremly disappointed with this as I'm a keen supporter of Rayner on all his videos and really expected more. I do hope this can be resolved ASAP

Unsatisfactory response

It's disappointing to write this as all along my experience with trading Rayner has been great. The teaching material was great and when I got queries, I emailed Rayner support and always got a clear detailed explanation. However, the recent response I got from one of the trainers (Tochukwu) is too slipshod. I thought a review should be given for the management to take necessary action which will in turn prevent the very good reputation of "tradingwithrayner" from been diminish. So what happen was I sent a specific question regarding false break to the support channel via email, and the response to me was a YouTube video & a web talking about false break. It was good effort but it does not answer my question. I then replied reiterating what's my question in which the answer that I was expecting is actually just a simple yes or no. Again, I received a response of similar nature (template response for false break related queries; video and weblink) just with lesser effort with exact quote as follow; "if you are familiar with false break, you should know it have rules". I perceived response in quote above as pointless and in fact actually on the rude side. It again does not answer the question and shows the frustration of him which is unprofessional. However, please note that I have previously received responses form other trainers John, Jet, Rayner and they were detailed, showed patience and maintain that professionalism.

Hello All, this strategy outline is a very simple strategy. All we need to do is enter and sit tight continuous.rayner done tremendous amount of research gone into compiling this strategy.the fact that it's backed by data is a definitive reason to buy it.

The Pullback Trading system

I saw many mentors/YouTubers, discussing about this system, but in reality when I tried I got poor results. But I am following Rayner few months and impressed with his way of explanation and understanding of the market. I tried his concept which are more realistic and making sense. So, I decided to purchase " The pullback trading system " And after getting this, I become more confident to market about this and making profitable trades. But for me process matter more than profitability. Highly recommend system for better concept and real time market understanding and trading aspects.

The Pullback Stick Trading System

I found the Pullback Stock Trading System to be lacking and not up to Rayner’s normal level of excellence. There were a few times when he glossed over key components and expected the reader to understand. For example, we were instructed to buy 20% below the previous day’s closing. I doubt if a new trader would understand exactly where to enter the trade. Normally his explanations are so clear and thorough. This concept could have been made more clear by saying, go to the daily chart and mark the close of the day. Then calculate 20% of the previous day’s trading range like this (Show an example etc). He also mentioned to buy the stock below 5 % of the RSI. Normally he would explain what the RSI is and what it is not and explain how to use it and what the parameters are etc. This wasn’t done. I just found this to be sub-par with his normally fantastic content. I will continue to learn from him because he has provided me with excellent content. This course however, I found to be lacking.
