Unsatisfactory response
It's disappointing to write this as all along my experience with trading Rayner has been great. The teaching material was great and when I got queries, I emailed Rayner support and always got a clear detailed explanation. However, the recent response I got from one of the trainers (Tochukwu) is too slipshod. I thought a review should be given for the management to take necessary action which will in turn prevent the very good reputation of "tradingwithrayner" from been diminish. So what happen was I sent a specific question regarding false break to the support channel via email, and the response to me was a YouTube video & a web talking about false break. It was good effort but it does not answer my question. I then replied reiterating what's my question in which the answer that I was expecting is actually just a simple yes or no. Again, I received a response of similar nature (template response for false break related queries; video and weblink) just with lesser effort with exact quote as follow; "if you are familiar with false break, you should know it have rules". I perceived response in quote above as pointless and in fact actually on the rude side. It again does not answer the question and shows the frustration of him which is unprofessional. However, please note that I have previously received responses form other trainers John, Jet, Rayner and they were detailed, showed patience and maintain that professionalism.
