Hi Seng. We try hard to live up to the high standard of service that we expect for all of our customers. We really appreciate you taking the time to do this review for us. Thank you.
Hey thanks Bernardo. Unfortunately, sometimes drivers get in a hurry at the landfill and that can happen where there is a little trash left in the dumpster. It should never happen, but no one is perfect. We do all we can to make it right when something like that happens! It's our goal to make dumpster rental as affordable and hassle free as we can. We really thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to do this review for us. We appreciate it it very much.
Thanks David. We work hard to make dumpster rental affordable and easy for everyone. We appreciate you taking the time to do this review for us!
Thanks Edgar! We really appreciate you taking the time to do this review for us. We believe our service is the best of the best when it comes to dumpster rental, and we are so glad to hear you would use us again. Thanks again.
Hi. Thanks for the nice feedback! Renting a dumpster normally goes very smoothly, but it helps to have experts in the industry that can make the process as easy as possible. We try to make dumpster rental as easy and affordable as we can for all our customers! :)
Hi Alison. I'm confused by this review. Because you called in, as you said, and we explained when you called that we cannot dispatch a truck immediately after it was delivered. The schedule was completely booked out. You say we have "no idea when things will happen", which is simply not true. We explained to you when you called that the soonest we could pick it up would be yesterday 8.18. Then, we followed up and were advised by our dispatch team that the driver would be on site by noon. The thing all customers of any roll off dumpster rental company need to understand is when dealing with big trucks these schedules are fluid and can change - if a truck breaks down, if the landfill temporarily closes, if there is a bad traffic problem, or any number of things, that causes the schedule (with ANY and ALL companies in this business) to shift, and then we try to keep to the schedule to the extent possible. One thing that makes our company different is we are always very easy to reach, including our owners, and we will do whatever we can to help our customers and make this process as simple as possible. That does not mean we have empty trucks just sitting there idle, where we can just run over to an address when a customer says it's ready for pick up right now. It has to be worked into the schedule, which was the situation here. I hope you can understand that. Please feel free to reach out to our owners directly if you have any other concerns. You can't do that with most companies, and we take pride in our experience in the industry. We can help with any issue that comes up.
Trash Daddy

Hi Phillip. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me and explain your concerns. As I mentioned, we hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to service for our customers. Unlike some companies, our word does mean something to us, and I hope I have demonstrated that to you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need to.
Hi Daryl, thank you so much for the kind words. It's our goal to continue to do what we have been doing for years in the dumpster rental business, and that is to provide our customers with the best possible service! Thanks again.

Hey thanks Lucas. We really appreciate it. Our whole goal is to make the dumpster rental process easy and affordable for all of our customers and give them the service they deserve. Thanks again.
