From what you described, it looks like our fraud-prevention system auto-flagged your account after the stop-payment on the first order. That can (incorrectly) cancel new orders and even label them as “customer-cancelled,” and it may have routed your emails into a review queue. This is on us—not you—and we’re fixing it now.

At that time, we had partnered with a logistics company that turned out to be unreliable—sadly, a risk that is all too common these days. This caused unnecessary confusion, and I sincerely apologize for that experience. Since then, we’ve corrected the issue. All shipments now come with verifiable tracking numbers, and in your case we already proactively issued a full refund so you wouldn’t bear any loss. Traverseon is a genuine brand, with an official website, verified payments, authentic customer reviews, and trackable deliveries to customers around the world. We are not scammers, and continuing to say so publicly does not reflect the reality. I kindly ask you to stop spreading these false claims.
