Absolutely love my Upside Down Christmas tree! The set up was quick and easy. I was also able to put a star on top (with a little gorilla glue!) Most fitting for 2020! And beyond....

Sketchy company
I paid our plumber $232.50 on our business visa card. Three hours later a charge for Treetopia pops up for $232.14. I cancelled the card. I also called Treetopia to see if they had any insight regarding the use of MY card. Said they could not help. Just from their responses and attitude, this company seems quite sketchy. I would never trust them.

I am a return customer and I am disappointed. The quality of the tree is fine, however the size of the tree needs to be explained to the customer. The tree size should say this includes the stand and the tiny piece at the top of the tree where you might attach your star. Even after that, the size still falls short after measuring. I ordered a 6.5 tree, what the box states is a 6' tree.

I am very happy with my tree. I ordered it the evening after Thanksgiving and delivery was the next Monday mid day. Wow!! Very very impressed!!! Thank you for great service!!!

I ordered the pink tree with the pink lights. It is fantastic! It’s for our granddaughter’s playroom. It’s decorated with cupcakes and a variety of candies! Gorgeous! I’ve ordered several specialty trees from Treetopia and each one has been fantastic! They will not disappoint!

This is the second tree I have ordered from Treetopia. Both are wonderful! This year we added a white cashmere tree. It is absolutely gorgeous! I wish they make other colors like this one. The company ships quick and always has some great sales.
Tree came timely
Tree came timely. It is in christmas storage until next year. This tree is going to replace our now tree which is exactly the same tree bought from treetopia, but all the prelit lights have now blown. After Christmas we are giving this older tree to a friend who said they wanted. So the old tree I'd being recycled.

You've got to try them
Ive place 2 christmas tree orders and both have been better than I expected. I also ordered a tree skirt all late but somehow they managed to deliver it just 2 days after ordering it. Im beyond amazed of their products and service. Totally recommend them.

These people are absolutely bs artists. If you actually get the tree you ordered your already ahead of the game, I think. They charge a hefty sum for the tree, it hits your card immediately but they won't ship it. They want you to pay for expedited shipping i suppose. Don't buy expedited shipping cause there not likely to honor it im guessing. It looks like my tree will get here only a week before Christmas if I'm lucky. It still hasn't left the loading dock from what I've been told. It was ordered Nov 27 and supposed to take up to 10 business days to arrive. When we call its always "give it 2 more days" which makes no sense seeing how its still in the warehouse. No supervisors will get on the phone. They literally relay to the call agent what they want to tell you. There is no way to get in contact with mgmt ,what they call "the back room". It all seems very sketchy. Yesterday we were told someone would call with a 2 day ship tracking number. Of course no one called. Today we were told a supervisor would call us within 24 hours about our case. Yeah, right. They are liars and scam artists. How do you run a business with such atrocious service practices. I pay money, you get me the product. That's supposed to be the deal. Lesson learned. I was in the market to upgrade my white tree and thought maybe I could use this company, but nah. They're just...awful

black tuxedo tree fail
I ordered the black tuxedo 9ft tree on Black Friday. I received my “tree” 5 days later!!! I was super excited. Only to find I received 1/2 a tree. Apparently the tree comes in 2 boxes. I only received one. Multiple calls and follow up and no one can figure where the other box is and if or when the other half of the tree will come. I requested a new tree to be shipped and a return label for the 1/2 tree that I got. I was told that had been done but never received either. I called again and they said my request for another tree had been denied since I still had a pending full tree shipment. And they still refuse to ship me a new, whole tree. I asked for the return label again and they finally emailed that with a 38$ return shipping fee. So I have to pay to return a half delivered product, and can’t get a new tree. Very poor business. Not to mention they r losing the sale altogether when all they have to do is send me another tree while I return this 1/2 tree.

Customer Service and Shipping
Ordered a black tree on a Sunday via the website. During the checkout process, I received a "page error" and it took me back to my shopping cart that still contained my order in it. As I was about to resubmit the order, I (thankfully) received an e-mail from my bank informing me that my payment was transferred to Treetopia. Whoa, I almost bought another one! I immediately emailed Treetopia customer service, informed them of the "page error" and inquired if they received the order (despite no confirmation received on my end). I also included a screenshot of the message proving payment had been provided to them. Within minutes I received an e-mail from customer service, stating they had opened up a "ticket" for their service team to investigate and would get back to me. Honestly, did not have "high hopes". Pleasently surprised, the next morning, I received an e-mail from Treetopia apologizing for the page error and confirming my order was received. They included a copy of the invoice to prove it on their end. A day after that, I received an emial that the tree was ready to be shipped. SO my experience with Treetopia thus far has been nearly great. I cannot fault them for a technology issue. Their customer service was easy, speedy, and productive. Honestly i was surprised and really pleased that i recived resolution so quickly. They did send notice that due to holidays, shipping may be delayed, but we will see. I have not received my tree yet so I cannot comment on the quality of it, but customer service gets a thumbs up from me (Jax, FL) UPDATE: it is now two days later (Tuesday) II received notice from Fed Ex that my tree will be delivered tomorrow. Wow! order on Sunday, receive on Wednesday - again, we'll see if it arrives and what it looks like. I'm still impressed thus far. UPDATE. tree did arrive in Wednesday. It's a gift so have not opened it. I will provide a final update after Christmas. FINAL UPDATE: tree was very nice. I wasn't "blown away" with the quality. The branches were a bit sparce in my opinion. Extended time "fluffing the branches" really helped. Easy to assemble. No issues there. Only true disappoint is the main "trunk" of the tree, all the hinges for the branches and the stand are dark green (not black like the rest of the tree). This is not very noticeable after all branches were fluffed unless you really look closely, but all black would have really been a nice quality detail. Overall, good tree for the price.

Pink tree, pink lights!!!
i bought the pink christmas tree with the white lights at first but returned it and the exchange process was simple and easy. i mean if you're going go to go pink, go all the way! the pink lights on the pink tree are the perfect compliment to home!!
What a waste
What a waste. This is the 3rd year we would be putting up our Fraser Fir tree with LED lights. The top third of the tree is not lighting. We bought an expensive model thinking we would get something to last us for years. After speaking with a CSR I learned that there is only a 2 year warranty on the lights and that there is no way to repair them. These are LED lights and have only been on for 1 month every year. We now have a tree that is useless. This is cheap Chinese crap that they are touting as high quality. Save your money. Get a tree locally.

I would give this company “0” stars if I could. The tree was expensive and I waited too long to open it so now it’s passed the return policy. IT LOOKS LIKE A CHARLIE BROWN TREE! I’m told to spread it out and follow their video. You can’t spread it out if you have nothing to work with!!!! Buyer beware. BBB will be contacted next.
