I love it and specially for my grandson who is has special needs a soon wakes up first thing turn on Xmas tree the light and colorful and bright colors made him happy and smile and make me happy too. We ordered this as a tree replacement for my wife's Barbie tree. What a perfect addition to the "forest" we have here at our house. Nice pink color, lights are bright (not LED sadly,) but it fits the need of where we have it.
The most beautiful trees ever. I have a red, a pink, a white, and peppermint. The trees are an excellent price and well made!
The tree that I received was a bi disappointment. For the amount I paid for it, it should have been fuller, you could actually see through the tree even if the lights were on. I will never spend this much for a tree and it is of such poor quality. The only thing that was correct was the color. The tree was very thin and not full like pictured.

The tree was easy to assemble and was absolutely beautiful.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received my 4 ft candy apple red tree and there was nothing else in the box. No fuses, no extra lights, no booklet/paper .. nothing. The tree did not light up. Some of the clear hooks that hold the lights on were missing. An assumption was that I received someone else's return. After 3 emails with this company, I received 9 lights (with a white base on the bottom of the lights, not red - like the ones on my tree) and fuses five days after our initial contact. They were sent via regular postal service. Guess what? After trying the "new" 9 lights the tree STILL DOES NOT LIGHT UP. Horrible customer service.
Omg been a customer for many years spent lots of money. A 4’green tree was ordered and when it arrived the lower portion of the tree would not light. I called them and asked for either a return label or just a replacement on that part of the tree. Well they gave me a refund instead of paying for the return shipping which was ok with me. So seeing that I still wanted a lit tree I ordered another one and gave my card #. Well the rep.took my card billed me but never placed the replacement order. It’s plain as day what happened but instead of either sending me the tree or crediting my card they made me file a dispute with my credit card company What kind of cust.service is that?? And they stop answering my emails.Never ever again this place is horrible. After posting this I just got a canned response email apologizing and to contact them…blah blah bull crap

We ordered an 8 foot spruce. The description stated it had a socket for a tree topper. It did not. CS kept saying it didn’t have a socket which it didn’t but they would not address why the description said it did. This is a basic bait and switch. Bad company with worthless customer service.

I ordered a pink tree a few years ago. I kept it stored in a bag and today when I took it out it had turned to an almost brown color and shed tons of needles. I was so disappointed and decided it was not worth putting up this year. I will be throwing it away.

I had an amazing experience with Treetopia! From the selection to the delivery and even the ease of use. I’m very happy with my tree and will be a life long customer. The tree even came with a pink storage bag to match my pink tree!
Bought a cool pink Christmas tree in 2018. Used it twice. Didn’t put up a tree in 2020, as Covid dampened the Christmas spirit. Put the tree up this year. 70% of the lights don’t work. The entire bottom section doesn’t light. Half of the middle section doesn’t like. Some of the top section lights. Customer service said it sounds like a lighting malfunction. The customer service representative even encouraged me to go get a real tree, because I wouldn’t have to deal with a pre-lit tree with lights woven in to the tree branches. I don’t even know how to begin fixing this issue. 70% of the lights don’t work after three months of use. Don’t buy a tree from this place. Get a real tree, get separate lights. It’s just a huge waste of time and money and now this tree is going to wind up in a landfill.

Of all the trees we've had over the years, this was by far the easiest to install.It was the perfect upgrade to our old white tree. The branches are so beautifully colored & full, which means are white tree is the perfect centerpiece for our "hygge wonderland" theme. And the foot pedal... GENIUS!
