Not easy getting a refund
Omg been a customer for many years spent lots of money. A 4’green tree was ordered and when it arrived the lower portion of the tree would not light. I called them and asked for either a return label or just a replacement on that part of the tree. Well they gave me a refund instead of paying for the return shipping which was ok with me. So seeing that I still wanted a lit tree I ordered another one and gave my card #. Well the rep.took my card billed me but never placed the replacement order. It’s plain as day what happened but instead of either sending me the tree or crediting my card they made me file a dispute with my credit card company What kind of cust.service is that?? And they stop answering my emails.Never ever again this place is horrible. After posting this I just got a canned response email apologizing and to contact them…blah blah bull crap
