Tres Colori

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your last few experiences didn't meet your expectations. We know how disappointing that must have been, especially as someone who gave us multiple opportunities. We're glad we were able to provide you with a refund, but our goal is always to deliver jewelry and an experience that leaves our customers excited—not simply to process refunds after the fact. Unfortunately, we're unable to identify your account from your Trustpilot username alone. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened and see if there's anything further we can do to make things right. If you're willing, please reply with the email address associated with your order, or contact us directly at [email protected] and mention your Trustpilot review. We genuinely value every customer, and we'd love the opportunity to restore your confidence in Tres Colori. — The Tres Colori Team 💛
